Please read carefully the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by Infinity Club & Spa from time to time by Infinity Club & Spa (these “Terms”). These Terms define your and Infinity Club & Spa’s rights and obligations. The most current version of these Terms can be accessed at any time at www.sunborninfinity.gi (the “Site”). Changes to these Terms will be notified via posting on the Site (or other written notice to you).

 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

By accessing, browsing, and/or using the Site and/or any facility operated by Infinity Club & Spa (a “Club”), you accept and agree to be bound to these Terms. In addition, when using particular Infinity Club & Spa services, you also shall be subject to any posted guidelines, FAQs, or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time.

 

CLUB MEMBERSHIPS(*)

  • All membership must be paid for by direct debit or annual payment.

  • All ID and discounted membership proof must be submitted to us within one week of your sign-up date, failure to do so will result in your membership automatically upgrading to the ‘Standard’ package.

  • To cancel, freeze or make changes to your membership, requests are required in writing only, either at the club reception or via email to info@infinity-group.gi. Requests will not be accepted via the telephone or social media. One full calendar months’ notice is always applicable and the final month of any membership payable in full. Changing or cancelling your Direct Debit will not change the status of your membership.

  • You may freeze your membership at the price of £10 per month. Freezing is for a minimum of one month & a maximum of six months.

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable and freeze periods are not permitted.

  • Your Membership card is only to be used for your personal use. Replacement membership cards will be issued at reception at the cost of £5.00 per card.

  • Your Sunborn Club membership allows access to the Sunborn Gym and Sauna only, along with 5 complimentary Reshape & Rumble classes per month.  Atlantic Suites Gym, Ocean Village Gym and unrestricted Reshape and Rumble classes are only available when holding an Infinity + membership.

  • Sunborn Gym membership pricing is subject to change. In the event of revised pricing, members will be notified with 30 days’ notice via in club communication and via our website’

  • You can upgrade or change your membership package at any time, requests are required in writing only, either at the club reception or via email to info@infinity-group.gi. Requests will not be accepted via the telephone or social media’

  • Sunborn Infinity Gym & Spa reserves the right to refuse entry, terminate or withdraw a member’s contract at any time.

  • On occasion, gym photos and videos may be posted on the Infinity Club & Spa website, Facebook page, or others social media platforms. On occasions members may appear on the background, If you don’t agree to appear on these please inform us immediately during the shoot.

INFINITY CLUB & SPA CLASSES

Infinity + membership holders only receive free access to all classes held at Atlantic Suites Gym, Ocean Village Gym and Reshape and Rumble. The class timetables are subject to change and updates at any time.

Members would be able to sign up for classes at the reception desk from 15min prior the class start time at Atlantic Health Club and Ocean Health Club. Infinity Club & Spa makes no guarantee on the availability of classes as access to classes is on a space-available basis.

Sunborn Club membership holders receive 5 complimentary classes at Reshape and Rumble per month. Classes must be booked using the Glofox app. Unused classes will expire at the end of each month.

 TERMINATION BY INFINITY CLUB & SPA

You agree that Infinity Club & Spa, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate any account (or any part thereof) you may have with Infinity Club & Spa or use of the Site and/or Club and remove and discard all or any part of your account or any content uploaded by you, at any time. Infinity Club & Spa may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Site and/or Club, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site or any account you may have or portion thereof and/or Club may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that Infinity Club & Spa will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination.

Applicable only to corporate accounts authorized by us: If you are using or opening an account on the Site on behalf of a company, entity, or organization (a “Subscribing Organization”), then you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of that Subscribing Organization with the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.

You agree that the information you provide to Infinity Club & Spa on registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times. When you register, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to Infinity Club & Spa. The Infinity Club & Spa Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the privacy policy carefully for information relating to Infinity Club & Spa’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

Gym Etiquette

  • Return all equipment and re-rack weights after use

  • Sanitize all equipment after use

  • No food or bags on the gym floor

  • Do not drop or slam weights

  • Avoid unnecessary noises

  • Be respectful of others personal space

  • Share equipment, don’t hog it

  • Appropriate fitness attire, to include clean clothing and appropriate footwear.(No jeans, barefeet or flip flops)

  • A towel must be worn in the sauna

When attending Sunborn infinity Gym facilities, you agree to do so in a respectful manner, utilising all equipment in the way in which it was intended. We wish for all members and employees alike to enjoy a safe and diverse environment, any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate shall not be tolerated within our club.

PERSONAL TRAINING

This policy concerns the relationship between you the client, and the Personal Trainer employed directly by the club. Freelance Personal Trainers are responsible for managing directly with their client regarding session scheduling, payments and cancellations.

1.Payments:

Packages must be paid in full prior to scheduling the sessions.

All 1h sessions must be used within the allocated time as displayed on the PT voucher/package starting from the date of purchase.

All 30 minutes sessions must be used within 6 months.

Any sessions outstanding after this period will be lost.

Extension of the expiry date under extenuating circumstances may be applied for and will be at the discretion of the management.

2.Cancellations and Rescheduling:

In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel a session you will endeavor to give the Trainer/Club a minimum of 24 hours notice.

The club operates a discretionary cancellation policy under the guidance of your trainer and/or the club management. Therefore, please note that if we do not receive a cancellation or rescheduling notice within 24 hours that session may be deducted from your package of purchased sessions.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call your trainer direct or contact the club on (00350) 200 44242.

Should a situation arise when we have to cancel or reschedule a session with you, we will do our best to provide you with 24 hours notice. If we cannot provide a 24 hour notice period, we will endeavor to give as much notice as possible or, where possible, offer you a PT session with another trainer.

3.No-Show Policy:

Should you fail to show up for a scheduled session without either cancelling or rescheduling, that session will be deducted from your package of purchased sessions.

4.Refunds:

Sorry, there are no refunds for Personal Training purchases.

Should a Club Personal Trainer discontinue their contract with us, your remaining sessions will be transferred to another Club Personal Trainer.

Should a Freelance Personal trainer discontinue their contract with us, the trainer can choose to either transfer the remaining paid sessions to another Personal Trainer or refund you the total value of the remaining sessions.

5.Triple Pack:

All Triple Packs (3 x ½ hour introductory sessions) should be completed within 2 months.

Update 1st August 2022

Effective 1st September 2022, revised membership pricing is to take effect. Communication of this change shall be made via in club member communication, membership newsletter and on our website.

As of 1st September 2022, the price of the monthly membership will increase by no more than £3 per month, and the annual membership by £30 per annum. This is the first time we have increased the membership fee in several years and despite suffering rising costs we have managed to keep our increase below the rate of inflation.

As of 1st April 2023, annual memberships are non-refundable and freeze periods are not permitted.

When using the Sunborn Gym facilities, you acknowledge and accept that this is an unsupervised gym, and as such facility users are responsible for their own wellbeing at all times and are exercising at their own risk.

To the best of your knowledge and belief you are in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort, wellbeing, or physical condition. Further, that you will advise us immediately should your circumstances change.

You should consult your doctor before you start any exercise, exercise programme or class you attend and/or if you are not sure whether it is suitable and/or if you have a pre-existing illness or medical condition. We are not responsible if you ignore our recommendations and continue to exercise at any of our clubs.
